Like Suzi, my garden has a thriving slow worm population. They get everywhere even within enclosures. For example, the sand lizard enclosure (around 6m x 3m) has slowly but surely acquired its own population. Within the enclosure I have 4 1ft square pieves of roofing felt which the lizards bask on. Last month, when I lifted one there was a tangels mass of slow worms of all ages and sexes. By the time I unhitched my mobile phone for a piccie many had left but I was still left with this.
