I just saved this froglet from a Walmart after over hearing that they would have to kill it because they didnt carry frogs. So I have brought it home and have a tank set up half-land half-water with a 45° degree gradient inbetween. I have read that they will not eat until they have fully absorbed thier tail, but its tail is almost fully gone. I am mainly curious about the kind of frog it is to know if I have the right set up and what food it should be eating when that time comes. I jave a lot of experience with reptiles and snakes but i have never cared for a frog. Any advice is welcome.
