I have not seen one like this for years Will Frensham was the place but they were more of a pale lime green type keith

an unusual looking lizard. thanks. as has been mentioned before, sometimes reptiles that look really turquoise in the field don't look anything like as vivid on camera but in yours its still quite obvious. tim |

@Keith - interesting; this one looked quite like one of the Lancashire sandies, with uniform sides and pale colouration
@Tim - yes, I first thought it was shedding and would eventually go completely green like the nose area, but close observation revealed that the pale turquoise was a 'genuine' colour |
