Hi Raukers,
 
Whilst walking in Glen Finglas, near Callander, Scotland, on Sunday (19/02/2012) I spotted my first reptile of the year Smile. The Lizard was happily basking and fully awake despite snow having fallen the night before and still laying on the ground only a couple of metres away. It was also at least 100m a.s.l. To me it looks like it hasn't yet sloughed since coming out of hibernation.

Plenty of adults basking in Suffolk yesterday morning only had phone and they were not waiting to pose ,keith
