Just wondering if anyone has a copy of the English Nature technical report, which is now out of print, or if anyone has a PDF version of the below reference:

	If you ring or e-mail the enquiries team at NE they will send you a copy on disk or via e-mail. Alternatively PM me your e-mail and i'll send it to you. Both the JNCC and NE websites also have a list of all their other technical reports, a number of which are useful and will add an extra dimension to the standard of your (plural) work. If you're into GCNs and are not familiar with it, i'd recommend NERR 576. In a time of unnecessary over-mitigation, resulting in damage to the GCN's reputation, i'd say it was essential reading for people working in this field. 	In that case Rob you might also want to read my report NERR001 and also ask NE for a copy of the follow-up report (still in press).. Highlighting the ongoing issues with GCN mitigaiton and development etc.. Also the main subject of my current PhD as well as our, recently funded, DEFRA project which is a partnership project between ARC Trust and DICE (Kent Uni)..

	I have read this but not the follow up report. I will give them a ring and get a copy. Thanks for letting me know. Is your PhD thesis going to remain unpublished; i certainly hope not! Please do the right thing and publish P.S. Personally i think all the DEFRA money should have gone to the Natterer's bat study..................only kidding . Although in all honesty the species does need far more research done on it. Cheers Brett Rob
