Will we be seeing in the near future private sponsored heath wardens armed with tasers going out to capture as many illegal unlicenced herpo watchers and photographers and mete out huge fines to deter people from trampling on prime real estate with the excuse that they are interfering with the almost extinct wild life that lives on their designated dwindling heathland real estate ?. keith

Come on Keith, what you are proposing is totally outrageous.
What they are actually planning is a fleet of killer drones. In this way you will be obliterated from the air without even knowing that you were being watched. The resulting kill zone will be labelled as an area of 'heathland restoration'. Despite the fact it no longer contains a living thing. (include the unwitting herpetologist).

But the whole of the heath will have then have been covered and enclosed by a giant Amazon distribution hanger holding the killer drones for use in the the ebay wars of the future keith

Maybe that's the ideal disguise? I could strap a solar panel on to my rucksack / camera-bag and then wander around heathland sites without being challenged!
