Well done. One of those wonderful 'right-place-right-time-and-camera-out-in-time' moments. It captures the effortless, fluid motion of the grass snake in water very well.

See them quite regularly, but not often as close as this - it was being following by a Coot when we first spotted it, the first time we have ever seen a Coot on the canal! The snake was about 2 feet long and looked in lovely condition, great markings! |
