i have seen a pic on this forum of slowies climbing and basking quite high up the ivy/vegetation between fence and greenhouse. they were clearly visible from the inside of the greenhouse, almost squashed up against the glass. it is probable i think that the slowies are climbing to bask and maybe even forage?
spooky image btw. tim Edited by Tom Omlette - 10 Aug 2015 at 7:59pm |

A friend of mine reports that several time this year Slow Worms have fallen with a clatter onto his conservatory roof. I suggested that birds were dropping them, but for that to happen three or four times in one year seems surprising. Any other thoughts? Could they - would they - climb up the side of a house onto a roof? There is some ivy on the wall. They are plentiful in his garden.
