the results of a last visit of the year to Dorset - 5 species still up and about, 17degC, windy and some sunshine:
Portland - male wall lizard, brown form Creech Heath, young female slowworm Hartland Moor, this year's sand lizard juvenile Hartland Moor - smooth snake plus smooth snake food adult male smooth snake baby smooth snake - one of this year's Canford Heath - male adder |

My previous post had a very small newt larva. This one is more than twice the size. Just one frog seen.
