Thanks Tim. I knew what it was - biggest challenge was finding its (I think) current scientific name!!

Anyway, here's one for you folks - unsurprisingly for me it's a lizard ........

I'ts one of those wall lizards that all look the same to me Cry

I'll have a bash at Balkan Wall Lizard Podarcis tauricus Latin name probably out of date!

'fraid not Gemma. (although that is still the correct latin name for Balkan Walls - it ain't one!)

Is it a schreiber's green lizard ? (Lacerta schreiber) or a Lacerta Strigata ? Or even Lacerta media ?
