Hi

Did I dream it or was there talk of a new book on adders nearing publication?

If so, when will it be available to the general public?

I doubt I have seen anything that you havn't Tony.  The only unusual behaviour of any note that I have ever seen was an arboreal male that I observed three years in a row after coming out of hibernation... same place.. same tree, and that crazy fearless neo that refused to find cover this year

Hi Tony

I am writing the Hampshire Atlas Chapter on Adders. I
have been reviewing data from the last 30 years so if you
need any info on status in Hampshire let me know.

Also the Make the Adder Count Survey has been going for 5
years now and would also be a useful source of
information on adder populations up and down the country.

I also have a friend who has photos of a female adder
climbing down a pine tree in Queen Elizabeth Country Park
- if you would like photos let me know

Jon
