Hi
Hi folks had another look spotted lots of this years juveniles that
were very timid but copped a few shots and also see some
adults that shot off. didnt see any snakes but spotted a skin
in the heather adder or nat ?. I noticed  the nat England signe
did not mention that reptiles are on the heath only the pretty
things like birds and dragonflys Also sadly the dog walkers
are every where almost like Picadilly circus in rush hour
leaving dog sht on habitat bush edges on such a
pretty little heath that will soon be trampled into dog only areas yeeuk  keith

On the subject of notices,I found one at a previously unknown site last year which said there were grass snakes around, although conditions were poor I found one almost straight away so that was an unexpected pleasure. They seemed pro reptiles and pointed out how harmless and non aggressive they are.

I found them first Keith  Have the tuddies spawned on Tiptree Heath yet?

Jon, are you offering the role of Essex County Recorder, I would do it as you well know. (Not sure it fits with all the politics that goes on though )
