Financial Statements

The regular preparation and review of financial accounts is the foundation of good financial management. I prepare compiled financial accounts without audit from information furnished by the client. This service is very helpful to small businesses that do not have in-house accounting personnel, businesses that are required to present professionally-prepared financial statements to lenders or authorities, and businesses that prefer to outsource accounting or financial statement preparation to an expert while they concentrate on core business processes.

I can prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual basis, depending upon the client's needs. Basic hard-copy financial statements consist of  - [Income & Expenditure Account] or [Profit & Loss Account and a Balance Sheet], supporting accounting detail, tax reports. There is a minimum fee of £ 200 plus VAT at the current rate for the basic hard copy of financial statements. For an additional fee, I can also include analytical reports such as cash flow, budgets, financial ratios, project status, job costs, inventory, and other reports to meet a client's business or industry requirements.

Clients can also send me their company data file via e-mail or delivery service, and I will prepare necessary adjusting and correcting accounting entries and return the corrected file to the client. There is a minimum fee of £50 plus VAT per month for this data disk service.
