I had some frog spawn in my pond - this is only the second year I have seen it - unfortunately it has sunk - will the frogs possibly spawn again or will I be frogless this year - joyce

My sunken spawn did produce tadpoles, but not as many as that on the surface.
I guess the newts, dragonfly larvae and insects lurking at the bottom got many.
Not sure if its the same for pool frog's though.
